Before becoming a speaker and communication coach, I spent years studying and performing as an actor. That background shapes the way I teach presentation skills.
In my workshops, you won’t just sit and listen. Through discussion, demonstration, and interactive exercises, you’ll explore techniques that help you communicate with more clarity, confidence, and presence. Sessions are designed to be supportive and energizing so you can stretch beyond your comfort zone and discover new ways to express your ideas.
Most workshops are intentionally limited to small groups so participants receive personal attention and meaningful feedback.

Charismatic Presence
2-Day In-Person Presentation Skills Intensive
This immersive two-day workshop offers a deeper exploration of the principles and techniques that make presence and presentations powerful and memorable. Drawing on theater-based training methods and my Five Presence Principles, participants learn how to communicate with confidence, connect with an audience, and deliver presentations that truly land.
During this workshop, you will:
- Explore the Five Presence Principles for powerful presentations & maximized Charismatic Presence
- Learn techniques to manage speaking anxiety and build confidence
- Strengthen your storytelling and presentation structure
- Practice engaging an audience through voice, body language, and presence
- Deliver a short presentation and receive personalized feedback

3-Day In-Person Keynote Mastery Intensive
This advanced workshop is designed for experienced speakers who want to elevate an existing keynote or develop a powerful new one.
Participants work in a small, highly focused group setting to refine their message, strengthen their delivery, and shape a keynote that resonates deeply with audiences.
This program includes:
- A three-day in-person workshop experience
- Intensive feedback and collaborative development
- Guidance in shaping and strengthening your keynote message
- Individual coaching sessions before and after the workshop
Because this program is highly personalized, participation is limited to a very small group of speakers. This workshop is typically offered once per year in the Spring.

Rock Your Short Talk
Virtual Workshop
In today’s world, the ability to deliver a clear and compelling short talk can open doors—from attracting new clients to securing speaking opportunities at conferences and events.
In this virtual training program, you’ll build a powerful 5–10 minute presentation that showcases your expertise. I’ll teach you my simple framework for crafting a short presentation that captures attention, communicates your ideas clearly, and leaves a lasting impression.
Over the course of a three-hour group workshop and a 90-minute follow-up coaching session, you’ll:
- Position your talk so it best serves your audience
- Use the S.P.E.A.K. framework to structure your presentation
- Identify the story that anchors your message
- Develop clear, memorable supporting points
- Craft a beginning and ending that capture attention

Virtual Workshop
If you could give only one more presentation in your lifetime, what would you want to say? This unique virtual workshop invites you to explore that question and craft a signature talk that reflects your deepest message.
This intimate session is designed as a working experience where participants actively engage in reflection and conversation. Through guided prompts and discussion, you’ll begin to shape the foundations of a signature talk that reflects your perspective, values, and voice.
You can choose to attend the workshop on its own, or add on a private coaching session to further develop your talk with my personal guidance.
